Vote Each Post

Is there a plugin that enables people to vote on each post Like fmylife.com or textsfromlastnight.com?

I don’t want a picture or percent or anything? Just a simple phrase I can make up for + and a simple phrase for – and then the vote counter next to each phrase. Is there a plugin for this, or does anyone know where I can get something like this? Thanks.
