vote count doesn't update

I am guessing you are using HTML/page cache with W3TC and it will not work well with the plugin.

If you are not using page cache, ensure that your Ignore Query Stems have wp_ratings and wp_postmeta in it under Database Cache.

ok, do you happen to know if polldaddy works with google rich snippets? i can’t find any mention in the description. it’s one of the reasons i was attracted to your plugin.
