‘Vote’ button not working on mobile devices, sometimes on desktop

    Hi there,

    I wanted to include a ‘choosing poll’ within a WordPress post. It seems to have been integrated ok as a shortcode, but the ‘vote’ button does not seem to work on mobile devices. Also, it seems to not always work on desktops either.

    I am not sure what could be going wrong here (I am not super well versed in coding etc). Please could one of the team let me know how this could be fixed?

    Thank you for the topic.

    We checked your website and could normally vote via the mobile version on our end.
    We passed the poll twice via mobile version and the results were normally displayed to us.

    Also, we checked and noticed that you are using the WP-Super-Cache plugin and the given page is cached.

    Most presumably, the problem comes from the cache.
    So, please?clear?all the?caches?and exclude the page where the given poll is located from the Cache plugin settings
    .After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the?Incognito?mode or?another browser/device.

    Please check this and get back to us with an outcome.
