Vote Button Does not Show

  • I have using Democracy Poll Version 5.2.6 and WordPress version 4.5.3. After a user vote is displays the results and people on different network do not see the vote button. The results page of the last user that voted is displayed for everyone. I have Log data & take visitor IP into consideration? (recommended) active and also 365 day for how many days to keep Cookies alive? I do not have Don’t show poll results (global option). or Hide vote enabled. We are not sure what is going on. How can you help us with the problem.

    I also wanted to say that the vote button is displayed when the Log data & take visitor IP into consideration? is not checked. However, I need to vote button to display when this is checked plus people should be able to see the results.

    May be you have some page cache plugin installed? If so, you need to enable cache reer manually on settings page. https://c2n.me/3A35eY2

    We do not have any type of cache plugin installed. But we are using a CDN. Every time we activate the Log data & take visitor IP into consideration. We only see the results.

    We have a few questions:

    1. If a person votes and views the results on day one. Then on the next day they come back to the page. What should that user see? Would they only see the results or would they see the vote button?

    2. We want to verify what a person should see if they have already voted and come back to the page.
