    Hello Daniel,

    We knew this would have ended up in a negative review just out of frustration.
    There just cannot be any compatibility issues related to our plugin, which counts thousands of active installations and follows the WordPress standards.
    Also, we’ve been talking to you via email for more than one month, and you never described to us the problems or conflicts you were having.
    Before even purchasing the Pro version of Vik Booking, you purchased the complementary plugin Vik Channel Manager from our website, by knowing that it would not work without a fully set up Vik Booking Pro first. We got an email from you dated August 28th.
    After 3 more weeks you came back with a refund request, but it was too late. You were told that your purchase was already invoiced as 15 days from the purchase date were passed already.
    You said we are not “much customer-friendly”, but that is not how it is. You wanted to ignore completely our Terms and Conditions by only saying our plugin had conflicts on your website. We never saw those “conflicts”, and for sure they could have been fixed somehow.

    Anyway, your 1-star review does not relate to any of our plugins because if you have had conflicts, we believe you couldn’t even fully test our plugin. The Channel Manager plugin you purchased from us (the only purchase you’ve made) cannot be tested without a fully configured Vik Booking. You are only saying that after 1 month and 4 days (35 days) your refund request was declined, and that is true, we do not offer any refund requests after 15 days from the purchase date, and reasons like “I have conflicts”or “it doesn’t work” are never accepted, not even within the 15 days window, for the sole reason that we have enough knowledge to help you make our plugin work without any “conflicts”.

    Lastly, you were also informed that the plugin you purchased can also be re-used for another project of yours in the future if you wanted to do. You did not purchase something that is going to “expire”, we just couldn’t fulfill your refund request for the reasons explained above.

    However, your review is out of topic in our opinion, as it’s not about the plugin Vik Booking, nor does it describe the “conflicts” you had with it.
