Volunteer can create fundraiser form on front end

Hello Gays

I am using this plugin with the Alone theme and I want to complete volunteer feature for creating fundraise campaign separately from the front end.so Can you please suggest which roles will suitable for volunteer and is it create a campaign with donation goal from front-end?

Please give me a quick suggestion on how can I implement these volunteer features.
