    On this page we have a problem with youtube ifram embed not starting. The issue seems to be that since it’s not an Iframe but a javascript that then load’s the iframe … it doesn’t start. If you click the start button event if you previously choosen ‘accept’ it wil not start unless you re-click the ‘accept’.

    You can also refuse …and than accept and click play button …

    That being said we need at least a message to let people know that they need to accept before the video start.

    Hi @capte,

    Complianz indeed blocks the iFrame, but not the JavaScript implementation by your theme itself.

    If you want to prevent Complianz from blocking the iFrame and prevent this behavior, this would involve disabling the YouTube integration under Complianz -> Integrations -> Services.

    If your theme allows for it, you could then add a notice in the Video Element itself stating that YouTube cookies would be set once the “Play” button is clicked and refer to your Cookie Policy.
