I get the white screen “There has been a critical error on your website.” when using Edit Chart or Add New Chart.

I have traced the conflict to iThemes Security (formerly Better WP Security) plugin.
I’ve gone through all the iThemes Security settings turning them off one by one until there was nothing else left to turn off.
Only deactivating the plugin would get the Visualizer Edit /Add screens to load again.

Anyone else had the same problem or have any ideas what could be blocked stopping the Visualizer Edit Add screens from working?

No logs for the block and no WP_DEBUG results either

    WP 5.4.2
    Visualizer 3.4.5 and 3.4.6
    iTheme Security 7.7.1

    Thanks guys,

We found that disabling Disable Admin Notices individually plugin was the issue.

As soon as that was turned off, Visualizer and iTheme Security was working well together.

    Cheers
