Visualizer Table Won’t Show Up for Normal Users

This is indeed not expected and should be happening.
Could you make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin?

Also, if you’re using the latest version please try to disable other plugins that you’re using and check if the issue persists. If it doesn’t persist – try to enable them one by one to identify which is the conflicting plugin.
