Visualization issue with home page using Stray Quotes plugin

Hi,

I have my site published at https://www.okomeds.com.
I customized my home.php, and the homepage is not well seen with IE (but it is well seen with Chrome, Safari, Firefox).

In home.php, the original code was:

The problem is exactly in line:
Before:
?<p><?php echo get_option('chameleon_quote_two'); ?></p>

Now:
?<p><?php echo do_shortcode('[stray-random categories=eng]'); ?></p>

Only replacing do_shortcode(‘[stray-random categories=eng]’)

Anybody can help me solve this?
