Visual view in edit screen won't work

  • I have two sites, https://www.greenmystyle.com and https://www.queensofvintage.com. They are self-h0sted. I am using version 3.0.

    The problem is that i can’t see the visual edit pane in the cms. I can only see the html edit pane. As I am not proficient in html this is causing a problem.

    If anyone has a solution for getting the visual pane to work i would greatly appreciate hearing it please. What should I try next?
