visual tools not displaying…

  • Hi,
    for some reason when I login add a page the content block loses all its tools. I have uploaded a screengrab:

    as you will see in this screenshot, I am editing the visual not html but the html tags are showing and all the tools have vanished.. this is happening on firefox and Safari any ideas??
