Hello, I translated my site into English with TranslatePress a few months ago. Everything was working fine. When I wanted to modify a text recently, I saw that some of the translations had disappeared and that when I wanted to translate the page, the visual interface did not appear (except on a title). Elementor is up to date. All my plugins too. I tried deleting TranslatePress and reinstalling it to start translating again but it doesn’t work! Help! Thank you

    Hello there,

    Thank you for reaching us!

Would you be able to send me some screenshots to see what is actually happening there?

From what I can see at the moment, we are talking about a 500 error.

What I can recommend is to run a compatibility test following these steps:

*Briefly* disable all other plugins and enable the default Twenty Twenty One theme. Please also disable all add-ons. If this fixes the problem, as it probably will, enable everything one by one, checking each time to see when the problem returns.

Please let us know when you find the conflict so that we can take a look and see what we can do about it.

    Kind Regards,

    Hello,

Thanks for your help. I’ll try that.

To still have a translated site in the meantime, I installed Gtranslate which seems to work very fine in automatic translation. To make manual corrections, I must take the paid version. But I believe TranslatePress also has a paid version.

Thank you again for your response.

    Best regards.

    Daniel
