Visual & Html tabs not appearing when entering content

  • Hello,

    When I am trying to add a new post or page the two tabs on the top right of the content post, visual and html, have disappeared. Is there a setting somewhere where I can change it back?

    There are two admins on the site and I cannot see the tabs whereas the other admin can. Please advice
