Visual / HTML dashboard not working

  • I tried to create and edit posts & pages but it failed. The dashboard which you can click on Visual or HTML tabs are not working.

    Any content that I typed will not appear although the page gets published. Could someone advise on this? Thank you!

    Try the usual troubleshooting and disable all of your plugins and change your theme to the WordPress Twenty Ten theme.

    Log out of your blog, clear your browser cache (just in case) and re-login. If that works, the start re-enabling your plugins and theme one at a time until the problem comes back.

    That will help you identify the culprit.

    Thanks, I disabled all plugins and found the 2 culprits: wp-polls and cformsII..

    Judging from the “edbuttons.length” error message, both plugins are causing the post edit buttons to render incorrectly.
