Visual form builder pro is showing the form at the backend

Hi Team,

We have recently upgraded the WordPress to the latest version 4.2.1, and also we are using the plugin visual form builder pro on the website. After the upgrade we cannot able to find the forms at the back end of the plugin panel but we can see the form in the front-end of the website, please guide us on this issue to fix this. Thanks in advance.
