Visual form builder dont send notification

    Hi all I have form build with visual form builder all is ok accept when VFB send a email notification to validate the registre of user .

    I explain

    When the user receive the email after click on sudmit button he receive this

    Title : His name ( PROBLEME )
    Object : Confirmation commande ( OK )
    thank to registe …… ( OK )

    The title not ok he have to receive this

    Title : Sweet Hygge ( OK)
    Object : Confirmation commande ( OK )
    thank to registe …… ( OK )

    Why the title is the name the user ?

  • Hi there. It sounds like you are wanting to use the user’s name dynamically in the Sender’s Name field correct?
