Visual Form Builder does not save the data in the form nor send them via e-mail

    I purchased VFB PRO 3.3.8, I have compatibility problems with various plugins (Yoast SEO, Rank Math SEO, The Events Calendar), but this can be resumed later.
    The main problem is that it does not store the data entered in the form nor are it sent in the mails.
    If you have had these problems, please tell me how they were solved.

    After several tests, and after installing the old version of wordpress (4.9.8) and after reinstalling the old version of the plugins, VFB PRO resumed saving the form data.
    There are compatibility problems with wordpress 5.0.3 (version with which I had problems) and with the YOAST SEO plugins and other plugins updated to the latest versions.
    Has anyone managed to solve the problem differently? if you can tell me how.

    Thanks for the feedback. I will have to do some testing to determine the problem and how to fix it. I’ll keep you updated.

    I am getting the same issue – and I don’t want to have to rollback to an older version of wordpress – or older vfb plugins.

    Forms are taking ages to load up – sometimes they just hang and the data is not being captured. No error messages. Other times the form goes through but I get a blank line in the captured data. Most of the time the data goes through perfectly.

    I have no idea if it is an issue with my hosting (JustHost) or the form. And I don’t know how to find out…

    VFB pro is amazing value compared to the other form builders – it does a lot for the money, but I really need it to work… any suggestions or sign of a fix if it is a compatibility issue?

    Had the same issue. Installed WPForms’ WP Mail SMTP and it solved the issue. FYI, I’m using WP 5.2.1.
