Visual Editor Works on some sites, not on others??

  • Ok, all of my sites allow me to use visual and text editor when running Internet Explorer (which I’m not fond of), but none of my sites allow me to use either visual or text editor in Google Chrome.

    Anyone getting the editor to work in Chrome? Tried re-installing (which is how I got Explorer to work) and did the troubleshooting steps listed in the 10000000000 other threads on here.

  • The most common causes of Visual Editor problems are javascript conflicts. These conflicts can be triggered by plugins or themes. Try disabling all plugins and switching themes to see if that solves the problem. Good luck!
