Visual Editor working only in one admin account

  • Two of us are editing a site with kitchen sink enabled and both rows of visual editor show up ONLY on MY main admin account on BOTH computers (one mac, on pc)!

    No other admin accounts on either computer show both rows of visual editor!

    All other admin accounts we made only show the standard row that starts with the b key. This is the same for posts and pages.

    We’ve tried creating new admin accounts, emptying cache and cookies, tried firefox, chrome, safari, explorer, on mac and pc, re-uploading wp-content files, wp_config edits, disabling and re-enabling visual editor, same error across two themes (sunspot and current Customizr).
