visual editor won′t show up

  • Hi:
    I just installed Quiz and Survey Master and when i try to write questions the visual editor is not showing, in addition, the letters are in white color making impossible to read what I just wrote.
    I′m using CK Editor Versión 4.5.3.3, WP Versión 4.3.1 and FF 40.0.3
    any ideas of what is causing this?

    Thank you for choosing to use this plugin! If you use the default WordPress editor instead of CK Editor, does it work correctly then?

    At the moment, there are no reported conflicts with CK Editor but I’ll take a look to see if there is any issue there.

    Using the defult editor in WP generates no problem, the thing is I really need the CK Editor…

    I will have to install CK Editor to see if I can debug this for you.
