Visual Editor Tab is not working

    My ‘visual edditor’ tab is not working, I have tried all the known fixes, an then in Developer console there is this one:

    editor.min.js?ver=5.4.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘mceInit’ of undefined
    at r (editor.min.js?ver=5.4.1:2)
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (editor.min.js?ver=5.4.1:2)
    at C (tinymce.min.js?ver=4960-20190918:2)
    at HTMLDocument.d (tinymce.min.js?ver=4960-20190918:2)

    Does anyone know what it means, as I would like to get my visusla editor working again.
