When I insert the visual editor widget into page builder the tools do not appear. The “add media” button is present but nothing happens when I add an image. I can copy text into the box but it appears white. It does show up on the site when I view the page, though.

I’ve followed the trouble-shooting instructions with the plug-ins, but nothing seems to be causing the problem from what I can see. I’m not sure what to try next.

  • I have the same problem plus more:

    1. My visual editor only shows a toolbar for the “text” section for existing pages; no toolbar for “visual” section, AND

    2. My visual editor does show anything (and therefore) allow for any work to be done for new pages.

    I need help URGENTLY!

Actually I am not experiencing issues with WordPress 4.2.2, Black Studio TinyMCE Widget 2.2.4 and Page Builder 2.1.2.
Please read our FAQ and follow our troubleshooting guide, which includes more steps beside disabling other plugins. Also please report all the relevant information as described in the same FAQ. You need to help us to help you.

How can i upload background images ??

I have the same problem as ginolivieri, but was able to go to Appearance and then widgets and was able to add images there… My issue now is Ive added some images to footerwidget4 and they show up on my laptop but not mobile devices?

link to website: https://www.clearchannelsolutions.net/ check at footer there should be two orange and grey images about PCI compliance with some text. If anyone can help I’d sure appreciate it.

OK for some reason w3 totsl cache was the culprit. I cleared all cache and now it shows up. I guess Ill deactivate it until I learn how to useit. Only installed for clearing cashe before updates.
