Visual Editor or Text Edit Still Not Showing

    I have everything up-to-date. Using WordPress 4.0.1 and just a few plug-ins:
    Akismet, Google Analytics by Yoast, MailChimp & WooSidebars.

    I have tried using Advertising Manager on another site too with all other plug-ins deactivated and have the same issue. If it were only happening in Chrome, I’d understand. However, I’ve tried editing the site in Safari and Firefox and have the same issue. I’m on a Mac. Any ideas? I greatly appreciate your help.

    I have the same issue, when I upgrade to the newest version of ad manger, visual editor disappears. Everything is updated to the latest version. When I “downgrade” ad manger to an older version, everything works okee dokee. Problem started occurring several versions of ad manager ago, I have just been using the old version.
