• When I try to add a new tick to a ticker which already contains some ticks, I can only do so when one of the previous ticks is on the Text tab, rather than the Visual tab before I press the little + button next to it. If it’s on the Visual tab, a new editor box appears underneath, but I am unable to click on any of the buttons, type text in or even change it to the Text tab. I’m guessing this isn’t normal. Is this a known bug?

I am using Chrome, but this is also the case in IE.

This is a known issue (but not a bug). You should see a little warning above your first tick:

Notice: When using the WYSIWYG editor you must save your ticker after adding or re-arranging ticks.

The reason this happens is because the visual editors can only be setup on page load due to the javascript needed to create the dynamic visual editor. There simply is no way to initiate and setup the needed javascript after creating a new tick, or even re-arranging them. You just need to remember to save the ticker after adding or re-arranging ticks before you can edit them (when using the visual editor). After saving, your new ticks will have usable visual editors applied to them.
