Visual editor not showing up oftenly

  • Hi, I have a problem that visual editor not working correctly.
    It happens oftenly and only in some laptops, the visual editor not showing up and all text is white.

    I did following things but still no luck.
    1. Add “define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);” to wp-config.php
    2. Install plugins “jQuery Updater” and “Use Google Libraries” to load scripts properly.
    3. Add folder ‘advanced’ with theme.js and theme.min.js into /wp-includes/js/tinymce/themes
    4. Disable “TinyMCE Advanced”

    Actually my wordpress’ version is 5.0.4 but installed a plugin of ‘disalbe gutenberg’ for some reasons.
    Could this can be a reason?
    I wonder why it happens and why it happens only in some laptops and in sometimes.

    I would be very happy if you guys have solutions.

    First remove the plugin “jQuery Updater” — that is likely to break things in wp-admin.

    If that doesn’t fix your issue, please be sure that the disable Gutenberg plugin you are using is the official “Classic Editor” plugin.

    If you are still experiencing this issue, you might try doing troubleshooting with the Health Check plugin.
