Visual Editor is missing

    Hello,

    I have a problem of Visual Editor Widget.
    When I opened my page, it shows “Missing Widget” and “The widget WP_Widget_Black_Studio_TinyMCE is not available. Please try locate and install the missing plugin. Post on the support forums if you need help.”
    Therefore, I tried to install Black Studio TinyMCE Widget, however, it shows “Installation failed: Destination folder already exists.” So I was looking for the one on my Installed plugin list but I could not find it.

    I do not know what should I do now. I wish you can help this issue.

    Hi @fmasatokyo
    probably you have the plugin installed but not activated. Please go to the Plugins screen in your WP dashobard and double check that the plugin named “Black Studio TinyMCE Widget” is there and activate it.
    If it doesn’t work (i.e. the plugin files are corrupted) delete the black-studio-tinymce-widget folder from FTP or file manager (it’s under wp-content/plugins) and reinstall the plugin from scratch (plugin’s data will be preserved).

    Thank you for replying.
    1. There is no black-studio-tinymce-widget in the plugin list. Therefore, I cannot active or inactive it.
    2. I download the file manager plugin and looked for the black-studio-tinymce-widget folder. However, there was not it in the “wp-content” and “plugins” folder. Can you suggest any solutions?

    Hi @fmasatokyo,
    the plugin folder does exist, as the following URL responds correctly:
    https://vistaenglish.com/wp-content/plugins/black-studio-tinymce-widget/readme.txt
    If the folder is not visible via FTP or file manager, it could be because of incorrect directory/file permissions or ownership.
    I’d suggest to contact your hosting provider or system admin to check this, as this is out of the scope of the plugin itself.
