Visual editor integration is very basic

  • You have to type your footnotes using the shortcode in the visual editor, which isn’t very visual. Other than that, it works fine.

    Hi,

    thanks for your review.

    As a notice: There is a button to add Footnotes in the Visual and in the Text editor.

    The button in the Visual editor has an “fn” as icon (“f” appears in green and “n” in dark gray).
    The button in the Text editor is named “footnotes” (standard black color).
    Hope that helps you to enter your Footnotes faster.

    did you check out on the information Stefan gave you?
    As an additional step, in the WYSIWYG Editor you need to select the text that should appear as a footnote and then click the “fn” button.

    That should help. Maybe you can adjust your rating, considering this new information…
