Visual editor in 3.1 not working

    I have worked through many of the suggestion on the forums, but still I am having problems with the visual editor buttons. They are active but grayed out without showing the symbols on them. I have tried totally stripping down a new manual install on bluehost and still I get it.

    Bluehost.com helpdesk, my hosting company,figured out this problem. I had “hotlinking protection” on and it was not letting the WP installations on the subdomains work correctly, like the graphic icon buttons in the visual editor not showing up. When I disabled the “hotlinking protection” everything began working fine. What I also figured out on that same “hotlinking protection” page is that there is an option to “allow direct links.” I checked this box with the “hotlinking protection” enabled and it works. The buttons for the visual editor are not ok. Thanks all!
