Visual editor error..

Hello,
I just installed this great plugin but cannot get the visual editor to work, when i click button and check with firebug i get the below error, seems like a conflict with another plugin, any idea to solve this?
(this.uiDialogTitlebarCloseText = c(“<span/>”)).addClass(“ui-icon ui-icon-closethick”).text(m.closeText).appendTo is not a function
