Visual editor empty/blank without hard refresh

    Simply put, when I edit a product, I do not see the visual editor, nor does the media list pop up when clicking on changing the product image.

    When I view the console, I see the following errors:

    media-models.min.js?ver=6.1.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: _.contains is not a function

    jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: _.pluck is not a function

    jquery.min.js?ver=3.6.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: _.contains is not a function

    mce-view.min.js?ver=6.1.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: _.pluck is not a function

    I have tried:

    Clearing all cache/data/cookies

    Disabling and enabling all other plugins

    One odd thing is if I do a hard refresh (shift f5) it works for that load.

    Any advice?

    To better picture what you are referring to here, can you please share with us a clear screenshot of what you see on your end so that we could address you more effectively?

    I’d like to understand your site properly, please share your System Status Report that you can find via WooCommerce > Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply here.

    If you could also provide the fatal error logs (if any) under WooCommerce > Status > Logs.
