Visual Editor disappeared!

I’m having trouble with my visual editor. When I try to update pages on my site and the visual editor comes up it is blank. When I click on the text tab I get the html, then when I click again on the visual tab the content shows however I’m not able to edit it. Also, when viewing my site in a browser the area behind my main menu is now white, my main nav text is in white so you can’t see the nav. But if you roll over it the drop downs appear. I tried switching to a different theme (twentyfifteen and it solved my visual editor problem but when I switched back to my theme the problem reappeared. I’m using a customized theme called Glory. I know enough code to get in big trouble…so if someone can help me with some step by step directions I would be so very grateful. Thank you in advance for your help.
