Visual editor different from original admin and then newly created admins

  • Hello,
    Using the administrator account that as initially set up with the installation I have two rows on the visual editor for posts and pages.

    The second line contains things like Paragraph, H1, H2 drop down, underline, accordion, email to name a few.

    On the two subsequent administrators I have created they do not see this option. I have tested in multiple browsers – including this same machine and browser.

    Am I missing something in the configuration?

  • Click on the last icon on the top row of those buttons – it will then show the second row.

    BTW, using an outdated version of WP is a major security risk – you should get that updated ASAP.
