Visual editor controls not visible

    I have two wordpress sites on one the visual editor controls work on the other they do not. WHY???

    This is annoying and I have NEVER deliberately turned off these controls as they have been a vital part of all the editing that I do. I am accessing both site dashboards in different tabs of my Firefox browser right now one has visual editor controls shown, the other does not.

    I have researched this topic and none of the answers posted on the web can apply in this case as I access two different sites at the same time. The host is the same (Netfirms) yet I do have a different collection of widgets being used on both sites. Both have WordPress version 3.2.1 installed.
