Yo! First off, I love you for this plugin that disables the biggest turd in the history of WordPress. Guttenberg is a joke.

So we use pagebuilder by siteorigin occasionally to do quick and easy pages that need columns and the like. Weird thing since I lit up your awesome plugin. The ‘Text’ widget keeps coming up in the wysiwyg editor despite the fact that I disable the visual editor on my user account. I don’t know a lot about tinymce but it does show “Powered by TINYMCE” in the lower corner. It’s kinda frustrating because the whole point of using the text widget is to avoid the wysiwyg. Fortunately it isn’t re-writing the code :). Just a weird bug I was hoping you could help with, especially because I will be using your plugin on every WP site from now till something better comes along. Death to Gutenberg!!

Wanted to send a screenshot. :S(

    Thanks, Bra!!

Hey Shizart, thanks for the feedback. I’m not sure why pagebuilder plugins aren’t working. I can tell you that all DG does is disable the block editor and restore the classic editor. After that, DG really doesn’t affect anything on page.

My best advice is to either ask the pagebuilder developers and/or do some basic troubleshooting of your theme and plugins. I would be glad to link up a troubleshooting guide if it will be useful for you.

Might be worth asking in the support over here.
