Visual Editor broken

Good day,

I am struggling to find a fix for the visual editor.
The editor is white and the formating tab is gone.
Please note the following error when I use inspect element:

Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server Error)

This error was there from the moment I installed using C-Panel 1 week ago. The install is to a subfolder to my main website (website is html based) and I only run wordpress on the blog subdomain.

I have taken the following steps to try to fix it:

Fresh Install
Fresh FTP Install
Replaced all Tinymce files
added define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false)
Cleared server cache and browser cache
Disabled cloudflare, cleared all caches, used fresh install
Deleted .htaccess file
Installed various plugins to find something to overide the tinymce code
Disabled all plugins, tried reinstall again
Deleted everything, reinstalled, removed all default plugins and unused themes (I switched to 2014 and deleted the rest)

Nothing is working. Can anyone help? I am desperate.
