Visual Editor blank

  • I’ve searched the forums and tried everything that’s been suggested for fixing this problem and yet it persists. I can see the text editor (though even sometimes that’s blank), but if I switch to the visual editor it’s completely blank.

    I’ve disabled plug-ins.
    I’ve manually via ftp updated wp install files.
    I’ve cleared my browser cache.
    I’ve tried different browsers.
    I’ve added that line of code in my wp-config file (define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);) – and since removed it, as it didn’t help.
    I’ve completely removed my wednesdaysheroes.com domain from cloudflare and uninstalled the cloudflare plug-in.

    I’ve also noticed that my ‘justified image gallery’ plug-in is also not working which is JS as well – so that may be a clue. Dunno. Just a thought.

    Any ideas? I’m out.

    Can you turn on WP_DEBUG and post the exact error messages you see here ?

    These are the only two errors I see.

    I probably should mention that those are the two errors, and I have NO idea what either of them mean. LOL

    OK, read through numerous other posts about this issue and after doing everything that everyone else had done it still wasn’t working.

    At one point in another thread someone suggested “do it again – it can’t hurt.”.

    Well guess what? Disabling all plug-ins, switching to twenty-fourteen theme and then adding plug-ins back, then finally switching back to my own theme AGAIN…and everything is working.

    Makes ZERO sense, but whatever. I’m just glad it’s working again.
