Visual Editor

  • On one of my sites the visual editor does not show. The editor opens in text mode with no tabs available for either mode.

    I have reviewed the forum post for this problem, but have found no solution.
    I have checked all the settings in wp.
    I have deactivated or deleted all plugins.
    I have tried three different browsers.
    I have reloaded wp and tinymce.
    I am using theme 2016.
    Does anyone know of anything else to try?
