Visual Edior only works on one specific computer

  • When I was at my office 30 min ago I used the Visual Editor in Post/Page and write new posts without any problems, but now when I’m home, using another computer (also tested my laptop) I can’t see any text or write in the Visual Editor. It’s just white box, I can’t click to it.

    Same thing happend yesterday, then I thought it was problems with some plugins, but then It worked at office this morning without any changes.

    What could be the reason for this error?

    First, please make sure that your browser is up to date by visiting https://whatbrowser.org/

    If it is not, please try updating your browser or switching to a different browser.

    If it is, please do these two things:

    1. Try clearing your browser’s cache and cookies.

    2. Try with all browser extensions or add-ons temporarily disabled.

    Please let us know how each step goes for you, and which browser (and version of) you’re using if you’re still having trouble.
