visual composer wordpress editor after update 4.4

  • Hi
    I work with two themes: Bridge and Kreo. I updated to 4.4.
    Since then I can still see text and photos in visual composer backend.
    But I can’t see text or photos if I go to edit in the settings, its blank.
    And I can’t see anything in WordPress editor. Everything is blank.

    That indicates a plugin or theme conflict. If you can still see the plugins and themes dashboard try the following.

    Please try the following temporary steps to troubleshoot:

    • Switch to the Twenty Fifteen theme
    • Deactivate all of your plugins, no exceptions
    • Clear your browser’s cache and cookies
    • Re-login and visit the post editor

    Do you still get the problem when you do that?

    Can you provide a link to your site were we can see the site using Twenty Fifteen and no plugins?

    yes but I have to give you my wordpress login, beacuse the site is not yet online

    No, don’t do that. That level of support is not offered in these forums and if anyone asks you for that access they’ll get a (foam) brick tossed at them.

    Something is conflicting and causing that blank page. It’s always either a plugin, theme or incomplete update. Ask your host for access to your server’s error log, that may show you where the problem is.

    hello
    had a look with my host in the error log. not clear what it is. we backuped now two timmes, but every time after updating to wordpress 4.4 its the same problem with blank page in editor.

    Am I the only one with this problem?

    I had the same problem, it turns out that Bitdefender was blocking JavaScripts on my site. It might be the same problem for you.
    I fixed it by adding my side to the whitelist.

    I found a solution myself in google:
    Hi

    my hoster did’nt find a solution? netiher.

    In the end I found this on google:

    code: define(‘CONCATENATE_SCRIPTS’, false);

    to removed PHP handling just for the “/wp-includes/js/tinymce” folder by creating the .htaccess file inside

    this was a solution, now it works for the moment.
