Visual Composer Plugin

Hi,
this is (hopefully) exactly what we’ve been looking for. We are using Visual Composer with a theme and need the ability to have read more/show more buttons to display additional content, which will just be the text/html. Is this possible?
Something like the show more button on this site is what we are looking for: https://www.co-operativefood.co.uk/deals/all-deals/
