Visual Composer Not Working

  • Hello.

    My sites Visual Composer doesn’t appear to be working. When I load a page to edit it, it doesn’t display any content under the VC tab, even though there is still content on the page. If I go to add a new element its unresponsive. I have tried deleting and reinstalling the plug in but it doesn’t resolve the issue. As fair as I can tell everything is updated.

    WP version: 4.9.1
    Theme: Jupiter 4.4
    VC version: 4.7

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.
