Visual composer – displaying shortcodes in portfolio? :/

    Hi there,
    First of all, great and lovely plugin!

    I want to use Visual Composer for the portfolio posts, and I registered it successfully inside the options of VC (you can choose from pages, posts, as well as portfolio posts). But however, in the front it displays the shortcode like this:

    [vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]
    instead of the actual stuff.
    How can this be fixed, so that it displays it correctly?

  • hi there – having exactly the same issue with shortcodes but i did not have this issue a few months back. so i am suspecting it may be because the plugin is not stated as supporting WordPress 4.7.2 (latest). i’m rolling back to 4.6.3 and will let you know if that fixes anything.

    well i did the rollback but the shortcode rendering problem is still present, so i’m not sure what the issue is, unfortunately. i wish you luck!

    This is fixed in version 1.6 of the plugin. ??
