Visual Composer Disappeared from VC Elements Page

    Hi everyone!

    Last night I was adding a few Elements to my widgets using Visual Composer’s VC Elements option. I then noticed Visual Composer’s settings and decided to play around.

    These are the settings I changed:
    Disabled responsive content elements
    Disabled certain roles from viewing the Visual Composer

    After noticing that the composer disappeared from my VC Elements, I immediately changed all the settings I modified back to what it was before.

    I have already disabled all plugins but that doesn’t bring it back. So it’s not a plugin issue.
    I also switched themes, and nothing. So not a theme issue.

    Does anyone have any idea? I can still view the composer on Posts, Pages and the Grid Builder.

    Since that is a commercial plugin, we ask that you please go to their official support channel, so you can get support from the people who know it best.

    Forum volunteers are also not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why it is not working properly. Other community members who may have faced your issue might be able to help you but your best bet is your product’s developer. Keep in mind we encourage you to use the official support venues, as it allows the developers to be aware of issues with their code and gives back to the community in a more robust way.

    The plugin came with my theme, so I don’t have access to official theme support. I’ve also already contacted theme support.

    I was hoping if somebody here who uses the plugin could help.

    Ok, best to wait for your theme’s support to reply again, but I’ll leave this thread open too.
