Visual Composer can’t save page layout

    Hi together,

    i have a question to visual composer plugin. I cant find any free forums where i can ask questions. I hope somebody here can help me.

    So far I have successfully created and adapted some pages with visual composer.
    But now I have the problem that VC somehow doesn’t want to take over the page layout, namely “Fullwidth page”.

    When I have set and saved it, I get the standard layout displayed. With sidebar and on the left with the Priview image …

    It is also displayed correctly in the preview, just not after saving.

    Does anyone know what could be the reason?

    I once visualized what I mean specifically with screens.

    I would be happy if someone knows the solution. Maybe I’ve only had the problem after updates from the few days, I can’t exactly say. I just noticed it now.

    I know this plugin has premium support. Unfortunately, the plugin was not included with my theme. But it worked fine like this for a good year, until now. I just don’t need the full range of the function in premium. But it would be nice if you could at least solve the errors from the for free functions, without buy a year subscription just to remove the issue.

    Hi,

    Can you check it at your end by disabling any widgets which were added in theme widget areas and by using the blank page layout under page settings?

    I checked it! In fact, it works in the “blank” state. But as soon as I switch back to Theme View and Fullwidth it is not accepted.

    The widgets like sidebar have been specially deactivated by me and they still appear.

    Hi,

    Thanks for checking.
    As the issue is specific to the theme template, I would recommend contacting theme developer. It looks like something related to custom callback such as get_footer, get_headers, etc. within the theme.

    i’ve opened a ticket by templatemonster help and we will see what they can do. I hope they can resolve this.

    They can fix this but want charge 69$ for this codechanges ?? with that price i can buy new theme.. bad news for me.
