Visual Composer Breaks web pages

So when I use visual composer 4.6.1 on any page on my website it breaks some buttons (they become thin lines), font awesome icons (become very small and the wrong color) and I believe some css too because some font colors change.

I have tried checking the error.log and haven’t found anything relating to it. I also created a debug file and took a look at that and don’t have any errors relating to plugins, css, visual composer, etc. – no joy

Tried to disable all plugins to check and see if anything else was causing the issue. I restored from backups and I still have the same issue.

Any suggestions?
