Visual Composer add image not working

I’m having trouble with visual composer on my website. It won’t let me add any image to my page. when I select an image, it keeps loading and nothing happened. It just stop working today.

I’ve:
– deactivate plugins
– change max_execution_time on php to 300
– change max_input_time on php to 600

nothing works
