    I really don’t know how to set up the site. If the whole site can be displayed, I can try at least to customize it.

    You can disable page loading icon, here : Appearance > Customize > Di Responsive Options > MISC Options > Page Loading Icon.

    We checked your website and it is not loading jquery file so all scripts depend on jquery are not working. please contact with your web hosting provider for this issue (not loading jquery file).
