Vistor Maps no longer working, everything shows “0”

  • I’ve been using the Visitor Maps plugin for months now and then suddenly it stopped working. Everything shows “0” across the board. My stats look like this now:

    0 visitors online now
    0 guests, 0 bots, 0 members
    Max visitors today: 0 at 12:00 am
    This month: 829 at 09-01-2017 12:17 am
    This year: 1055 at 06-27-2017 05:59 pm
    All time: 1055 at 06-27-2017 05:59 pm

  • Hi, did you by any chance reset the settings by accidents? Did you update another plugin or theme before this issue happened?
