    Hi,

    I’m wondering why in some of my cases there is N/A as a Last Visit, but the stats shows that someone was logging in and view the website? See: https://scr.hu/0mN0Vk

    I also found an account which had not “visited” since 2016 but had views and logins in the past month.

    Hi Kuba,

    Thank you for using Paid Memberships Pro and I’m sorry for only reaching out to you now.

    Here is a short break-down of what Visit, views and logins are –

    * Visits are counted once per browser session
    * View is counted once per page load
    * Login is every time a user logs in, if the user is already logged in and has the remember option enabled it does not count this scenario.

    I hope this helps. The reason that it is not accumulating is possibly due to sessions failing to count the user’s visits in particular.

    Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues with this.

    Hi Andrew, thanks for your answer and explanation.

    That shows that stats are malfunctioning. Clearly, there cannot be a login event without view or visit and vice versa.

    Please could you investigate what could cause this?

    Thank you for the clarification Kuba, this issue requires us to login to investigate and troubleshoot the issue further from our end. By the sounds of it, it could possibly be issue with SESSIONS or caching.

    Unfortunately the www.remarpro.com support system does not allow for login debugging and will require support on our website.
